This hybrid position allows for four days in-office and one day remote, ensuring a balance for team leadership and employee engagement. The Manager, Human Resources is responsible for leading a team of HR partners who support managers in all areas throughout the HR lifecycle including talent development, employee engagement, employee relations, performance management and retention.
HR Partners are responsible for helping leaders make business decisions.
This team partners with managers to help build and sustain high performing and engaged teams.
This position supports the integration of cultural alignment to business strategies, company values, policies and procedures, the Manager, Human Resources promotes HR best practices, while maintaining a great place to work in step with policy and legislative requirements.
This is a Hybrid position.
4 days at the office and 1 day home office.
