Duties and Responsibilities
  1. Contract Management
    • Review agreements, contracts, and other contractual documents with partner agencies/vendors, identify ambiguous or unfavorable terms, and offer guidance to ensure the contract terms are fair and balanced.
    • Manage and maintain various contract documents.
    • Ensure compliance with contractual terms.
  2. Litigation Support
    • Coordinate with the law office to respond to user litigations.
    • Investigate facts, coordinate collection of discovery materials, and prepare documents for the law office.
    • Conduct legal research.
  3. HR / Accounting Support
    • Serve as the first point of contact for employee relations, providing day‑to‑day assistance on workplace condition issues, policies, grievances, etc.
    • Support the full‑cycle recruiting process.
    • Support billing and invoicing.
  4. Office Management
    • Purchase equipment and office supplies.
    • Keep track of inventories.
    • Manage packages and mail for the office.
Skills and Requirements
  1. +5 years of relevant experience.
  2. Knowledge or certification in paralegal studies, or experience in reviewing legal documents, especially employment contracts, is a plus.
  3. Understanding of labor laws and HR best practices in Brazil.
  4. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to manage sensitive situations with diplomacy.
  5. Strong problem‑solving skills and analytical thinking.
  6. Fluent Brazilian Portuguese.
  7. Lives in São Paulo, Brazil.
  8. Advanced English reading and writing skills.
  9. Positive and professional attitude.
  10. Korean language skills a plus.
  11. Proficiency with computers, Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook.
  12. Experience reviewing, drafting, and negotiating employment contracts and contractor agreements.
