Job summary
A leading snack company in São Paulo is seeking a Promoter for Merchandising. In this full-time role, you will enhance sales through in-store activations and support product visibility, while creating a positive customer presence. Candidates should have previous merchandising experience, solid interpersonal skills, and a self-driven attitude to meet targeted goals. This position is based in São Paulo, offering an exciting opportunity to be part of a major player in Brazil's snack market.

- Represent the company by visiting stores.
- Monitor shelf and assortment.
- Expose campaigns and optimize store visibility.

- Represent Mondelez International by visiting stores according to the agreed planning cycle.
- Monitor shelf and assortment.
- Expose campaigns and search for best locations in stores.
- Perform required administrative tasks.
- Optimize the use of our point-of-sales material.
- Be the customer's first choice of supplier.
- Create exposure in stores.
- Previous merchandising experience (preferred)
- Confident with good interpersonal skills
- Self motivated with a drive to achieve set goals
- Computer literate with good verbal and written communication skills
