- The HR Director will strategically deliver Kantar's global, divisional and regional people agenda while partnering closely with HR colleagues within our Centres of Excellence (Corporate Teams) and our Global Business Services (Kantar Business Services/KBS) teams.
- Reporting directly to the Executive Managing Director, Worldpanel, Latam, and dotted line to Divisional CHRO, this role will provide overall HR Leadership for Kantar Worldpanel in the Latam region.
- The role will entail working closely with a team of HR Business Partners to help deliver best in class employee experience and commercial excellence
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Working in collaboration with the Divisional CHRO and other HR Directors to develop the Regional People Strategy, to address both short term and longer term key talent requirements to support business growth; and drive delivery with your relevant stakeholder group
- Partner with key stakeholders to develop performance, succession and career management plans for their group by assessing the effectiveness of career paths, aligning their operations and employee capabilities to the division's overall strategic direction
- Evolve HR function, roles and structure within LATAM region in line with Kantar strategy whilst continuing to deliver best in class service
- Drive the delivery of strategic talent management initiatives in line with global Kantar Worldpanel strategy to build and maintain a strong talent pipeline while attracting, identifying and assessing talent and development opportunities to retain the right talent
- Partner with the Reward & Recognition CoE to develop reward and remuneration structures that ensure that Kantar Worlpdanel Latam stays competitive within the market to attract and retain employees
- Drive portfolios of work that build upon our employee value proposition which promote a diverse workforce and support our D&I strategy
- Establish collaborative and supporting working partnerships with critical HR partners to be able to serve as a trusted advisor and strategic consultant to stakeholders on a range of people issues and leveraging expert advice when necessary
- Use the key messages to build Worldpanel LATAM Employer Value Proposition in conjunction with global initiatives.
- Identify opportunities to improve employee engagement, contribute to a target improvement (as identified) across Kantar Worldpanel and partner with Country HR Services to develop and deploy action plans
- Realise potential to improve the employee experience and drive strategy to increase satisfaction within the workplace through leveraging data from employee listening programmes, leaver surveys and other formal and informal sourcesPartner and advise the Leadership Team within the division to accelerate the delivery of the business agenda through people solutions that are innovative, strategic and fit for purpose.
- Regularly follow up the implementation of the agreed action plans in all countries in the region and maintain and expand the number of countries covered by Great Place To Work Award.
- Manage, develop and coach HR professionals within the team to grow additional capability in line with the needs of the business and the aspirations of the individual
- Support development of Senior Leaders and teams
- Provide strategic business partnership with the Latam leadership team to support an ambitious business transformation agenda and organisational changes bringing in expertise as required from your network across the HR teams and centres of excellence
- Engaging with business leaders and wider HR business partnering team to understand challenges and areas for opportunities and translate these into relevant HR initiatives
EXPERIENCE & CAPABILITIES
- Degree level education or equivalent with focus on Human Resources, Business Management of relevant area
- Previous experience supporting Commercial organisations in a HR capacity such as Senior Business Partner/Generalist
- Experience working in a global environment and matrixed organisation
- Demonstrated experience and strategic insights across HR specialties such as Talent Acquisition, Reward & Benefi
