Job description
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, including doctors and pharmacists, to effectively promote and sell medical products.
- Conduct thorough product presentations and demonstrations tailored to the specific needs of each healthcare provider, highlighting the unique benefits of your products.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and changes in regulations to provide informed recommendations and stay ahead in the market.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals that address the unique challenges faced by healthcare providers, ensuring compliance with industry guidelines.
- Provide ongoing support and training to healthcare professionals on the proper use and benefits of medical products post-sale.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and adjust strategies accordingly, ensuring a proactive approach to meeting sales targets.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in medical sales or a similar role, demonstrating a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Certification in medical sales or related fields is a plus, showcasing a commitment to professional development and industry knowledge.
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in additional languages is a strong advantage in diverse markets.
- Strong technical skills related to medical devices or pharmaceuticals, enabling effective communication of product details.
- Bachelor's degree in life sciences, healthcare, or a related field is preferred to ensure a solid understanding of medical concepts.
- Physical stamina may be required to travel frequently and engage in fieldwork, visiting multiple healthcare facilities.
