Job summary
A leading sales organization in Ajman is seeking a dedicated sales professional to achieve sales targets, manage client relationships, and raise brand awareness. Responsibilities include executing sales reports, coordinating collections, and engaging in continuous training for product knowledge. Ideal candidates will demonstrate strong relationship management skills and a proactive approach to sales activities.
Responsibilities
- Achieve total sales targets by brand and customer monthly.
- Responsible for sales team achievement of collection targets.
- Establish positive relationships with potential and existing clients.
- Ensure product knowledge through continuous training.
- Responsible for achieving total sales target by brand and by customer on monthly basis.
- Executing Sales reports Weekly time tracking and covering assigned area through existing clients
- Searches the market and identifies sales prospects.
- Maintain maximum of 3% sales return.
Collection achievement
- Responsible for Sales team achievement for collection targets and coordinates with internal collection team to ensure all due payments are collected as per SOP credit system
- Ensure reviewing statement of accounts and collection record for the customer to allow sales orders.
- Communicates new products and service opportunities with existing and potential customers.
- Seek to approach new clients, and convert inquiries from potential clients to sales that will reflect on sales growth and increase.
Build Customers Rapport
- Maintaining and establishes positive professional relationships with potential and existing clients.
- Responses on clients inquiries, identifies and resolves their concerns through orientation sessions explaining
- product features by collaborating with marketing and educators to apply SME concept.
- Following up all through the delivery process after placing the sales order.
Brand Awareness
- Ensure gaining product knowledge through continuous training on existing products / or any new brands.
- Follows-up with brand managers and demand planning to ensure availability of products and samples based on clients needs.
- Execute and implement marketing events based on marketing calendar to create events, open days through aligning with marketing and education teams
