Job Purpose

We are looking for a motivated Sales Officer to drive sales growth, develop client relationships, and expand our presence in the natural stone and building material market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with contractors, consultants, architects, and interior designers.
  • Identify new sales opportunities and generate leads within the construction and fit-out sectors.
  • Promote VADA’s natural stone products to potential and existing clients.
  • Prepare and deliver proposals, quotations, and product presentations.
  • Negotiate contracts, close deals, and achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
  • Monitor market trends, competitors, and industry developments to identify growth opportunities.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through after-sales support and coordination with internal teams.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2–3 years of sales experience (preferably in building materials, natural stone, ceramics, or related industries).
  • Strong client network within construction, fit-out, and design sectors in the UAE.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Goal-driven, proactive, and able to work independently.
  • UAE driving license is an advantage.
