A leading hospitality brand in Dubai is seeking a Floor Supervisor to manage operations and ensure customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate should have a Technical Degree in Food and Beverage or Hospitality Management and 3-4 years of related experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role. Responsibilities include overseeing staff, handling customer interactions, and participating in inventory and operational procedures. Competitive compensation and growth opportunities are offered.

Responsabilidades
- Handle customers' bill payments and complaints.
- Oversee staff work and adherence to preparation techniques.
- Participate in achieving organizational goals.
- Greet customers, assist with menu selection, ensure satisfaction.
- Ensure proper respect of norms during opening and closing procedures.
- Conduct monthly inventory.
- Maintain uniform and hygiene cleanliness.
- Plan tasks, set deadlines, monitor results, and provide training.

Formação académica
- Handle customers' bill payments and deal with any complaints
- Oversee work done by all staff members and closely follow up on the team’s abidance by the brand’s set preparation techniques
- Participate in achieving the organization’s goals the set targets of the brand and ensure proper implementation of the SOP
- Greet customers upon their arrival, present them with the menu, assist them in the selection and visit their table to ensure their satisfaction
- Participate in the restaurant’s opening / closing procedures ensuring proper respect of norms and guidelines
- Help in conducting the monthly inventory for all brand equipment
- Ensure proper uniform and personal hygiene cleanliness at all times
- Carry out functional supervisory responsibilities that include planning and assigning tasks, setting deadlines, monitoring results and quality, providing training and relaying team's request to hierarchy
- Technical Degree in Food and Beverage or Hospitality Management
- 3 - 4 years of experience in F&B operations, out of which 1 year in a similar supervisory role
