An international consulting firm in Dubai is seeking a Senior HR Associate to oversee HR operations, manage recruitment, and enhance employee experience. The ideal candidate has 2-4 years of HR experience, preferably in fast-growing companies, and is proficient in HR software. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with leadership and shape HR practices in a dynamic environment.
We are a fast-growing and dynamic international company with European roots, and operations across six countries. As we continue to expand, we are looking for a Senior HR Associate to support daily HR activities, handle hiring and onboarding, ensure compliance with company policies, and contribute to a positive employee experience.
You will work closely with the CEO and department managers to keep HR processes organized, effective, and consistent across both remote and office-based teams, as well as help develop the HR function by creating new processes and policies.
This position is well-suited for someone hands-on, detail-oriented, and proactive, who enjoys helping people and ensuring smooth HR operations in a dynamic environment.
