CORPORATE FINANCE CHALLENGE

Our Client a major, multi business progressive group that has expanded tremendously over the past five years, seeks a financial specialist who could spearhead the Group’s prime objective of going public.

You should have handled a broad based corporate finance role either in a banking environment, an Investment / Merchant Banking house or a large corporate house. You would have a strong MBA / CA / Banking qualifications with at least 10 years of multi faceted corporate finance experience.

You would form part of a large Corporate finance team and you would be expected to have an in depth knowledge of Stock Exchange dynamics, Stock valuation, structuring of offering and the strategy to implement such a complex programme.

Gross Monthly Base Salary : AED 30,000

University qualifications : MBA / CA / Banking qualifications

Previous experience : 10 years of multi faceted corporate finance experience

Specialist knowledge : In depth knowledge of Stock Exchange dynamics, Stock valuation, structuring of offering and the strategy to implement such a complex programme.

Language Skills : Arabic & English (written and verbal)
