Overview
We are a fast-growing and dynamic international company with European roots, and operations across six countries. As we continue to expand, we are looking for a Senior HR Associate to support daily HR activities, handle hiring and onboarding, ensure compliance with company policies, and contribute to a positive employee experience.
You will work closely with the CEO and department managers to keep HR processes organized, effective, and consistent across both remote and office-based teams, as well as help develop the HR function by creating new processes and policies.
This position is well-suited for someone hands-on, detail-oriented, and proactive, who enjoys helping people and ensuring smooth HR operations in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
- HR Operations and Employee Experience
- Maintain day-to-day HR processes and documentation
- Ensure HR policies and procedures are followed across the company.
- Support initiatives that foster a positive, collaborative, and engaging work environment.
- Coordinate UAE visa and employment-related documentation with our relationship manager and ensure requirements are met.
- Recruitment and Talent Acquisition
- Handle full-cycle recruitment for all departments, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating final selection.
- Create and run recruitment campaigns to attract local and international talent.
- Manage communication with recruitment agencies and job platforms in the UAE and GCC.
- Explore new hiring markets to find qualified candidates.
- Employee Relations and Engagement
- Oversee employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary processes.
- Implement employee engagement programs to enhance retention and job satisfaction.
- Conduct employee satisfaction surveys and develop action plans based on feedback.
- Performance and Development
- Coordinate performance review cycles and collect feedback on time.
- Support managers in setting clear KPIs and growth expectations for employees.
- Support career development and succession planning initiatives.
- Compensation and Benefits
- Administer payroll, benefits, and compensation structures in line with UAE and international market benchmarks.
- Ensure salary reviews and incentives are performance-based and competitive.
- Onboarding and Offboarding
- Run onboarding for new hires to ensure a smooth and positive start.
- Handle offboarding processes, including exit paperwork and system / off access coordination.
- Conduct exit interviews and share key observations to help improve employee experience.
- HR Compliance and Tools
- Use HR software and tools to support hiring, onboarding, and employee management.
- Keep HR records, files, and reports well-organized and up-to-date.
- Follow HR policies, local regulations, and best practices to help ensure compliance in all regions.

Requirements
Experience
- 2-4+ years of experience in HR, ideally in fast-growing or international companies
- Preferably experience working with European companies
- Experience managing HR functions across multiple countries and ensuring legal compliance
- Experience handling end-to-end recruitment
- Experience implementing employee engagement, performance management, and satisfaction programs.
- Familiarity with FinTech or iGaming companies is a plus
Technical and Soft Skills
- Good understanding of HR best practices, especially in hiring, onboarding, and employee support
- Experience using HR software, preferably Zoho (People, Recruit, and Payroll) for recruitment, performance tracking, payroll and employee engagement
- Ability to apply HR policies across the company
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a proactive, hands-on approach
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
