We’re looking for a Head of Recruitment Operations who can own and scale the entire delivery engine of Qureos across sourcing, screening, assessments, shortlisting, and candidate experience.
You will manage an existing team from day 1, optimize what works, rebuild what doesn’t, and design operations that can scale from 100 → 300+ hires per month across UAE, GCC, and global markets.
Think of this role as part strategist, part operator, part \"I can fix this in two days\" leader.
