  • Precision Pre‑Screening: Analyze online portfolios and resumes to filter candidates that align with specific requirements.
  • Collaborate and Strategize: Work closely with account managers to identify each position’s unique needs.
  • Expand Professional Networks: Cultivate relationships within the industry and seek referrals for specialized roles.
  • Maintain Accurate Records: Log candidate information in our ATS and other databases.
  • Anticipate Hiring Trends: Proactively source potential hires and analyze recruiting metrics to improve our process.
Requirements
  • Experienced Recruiter: Proven work experience as a recruiter or similar role.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with ATSs, especially Zoho Recruit, and other Human Resources Management software.
  • Digital Networker: Strong knowledge of social networks, professional sites, and resume databases.
  • Exceptional Communication: Superior verbal and written communication skills.
  • Effective Time‑Management: Ability to handle multiple open positions simultaneously with precision.
