Job summary

A leading international FX Broker in Dubai is looking for a motivated CRM Specialist to manage CRM operations and improve customer retention strategies. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, be proficient in Excel, and possess a minimum of one year of experience in CRM management. The role involves collaboration with Sales and Marketing teams to enhance customer experiences. Fluency in English is essential, and knowledge of Hindi is advantageous.

Qualifications

  • Fluency in English (spoken and written) is essential; knowledge of Hindi is a strong advantage.
  • Expert-level proficiency in Excel and strong MS Office skills.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in CRM management ideally within the Forex or financial industry.

About the Role

The role requires a strong understanding of CRM workflows within Forex or financial services and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the CRM system including implementation maintenance workflow configuration and system upgrades to improve efficiency.
  • Analyse customer data and behavioural patterns to deliver insights that support strategic decision-making.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing teams to ensure a consistent and streamlined customer experience across all touchpoints.
  • Define track and report on CRM key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop and implement advanced CRM strategies to retain and expand the existing customer base.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve CRM processes recommending innovative solutions that enhance accuracy productivity and customer satisfaction.
