The Italian Language Tour Guide will be responsible for conducting informative, engaging, and culturally appropriate guided tours for Italian-speaking visitors. Based in Abu Dhabi, the guide will provide insights into the UAE's history, heritage, and landmarks while ensuring excellent guest service and memorable experiences.

Responsibilities include:

1. Delivering high-quality guided tours in Italian, tailored to diverse visitor interests.
2. Providing accurate and engaging commentary on Abu Dhabi's culture, history, landmarks, and traditions.
3. Greeting and assisting Italian-speaking visitors to ensure their comfort and satisfaction.
4. Interpreting and translating between Italian and English/Arabic as needed.
5. Coordinating with internal teams and external tour operators to manage logistics.
6. Handling guest questions, feedback, and complaints professionally.
7. Following all safety and visitor protocols during tours.
8. Supporting translation of materials such as brochures, signage, or digital content.
9. Staying updated on Abu Dhabi's tourism developments, events, and attractions.

Requirements: Qualifications and Skills

• Fluent in Italian (spoken and written) required.
• Proficient in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
• Diploma or degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Cultural Studies, or related fields preferred.
• Experience in tour guiding, tourism, or hospitality is advantageous.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
• Good knowledge of Abu Dhabi's heritage, landmarks, and culture.
• Friendly personality, professional demeanor, and passion for culture and travel.
• Ability to manage groups and adapt to different guest profiles.
