Qualifications

• 8 years experience in IT environment with specialized knowledge in ATM domain.

Responsibilities

• Provide Maintenance and Support for ATM Switch and Self Service Terminals.
• Ensure service availability per SLAs and report incidents appropriately.
• Track vendor support issues and respond to incident tickets in a timely manner.
