Responsibilities

• Support marketing teams with monthly reporting, analysis, and presentations.
• Coordinate with suppliers, agencies, and internal teams for procurement and delivery of marketing materials.
• Process documents and invoices for timely payments and stock availability.
• Assist in execution of retail activations, promotions, and in-store visibility initiatives.
• Ensure timely production, delivery, and installation of marketing materials and displays.
• Maintain accurate records for order forms, invoices, sales, and stock forecasts.
• Support ad-hoc requests such as samples and promotional items.
• Help maintain high levels of customer and supplier satisfaction.
