Job description

• Receiving judicial notices related to areas of jurisdiction daily from the head of the department.
• Verifying the accuracy of the address listed in the notice and completing any missing information while adhering to the approved judicial regulations and procedures of the department.
• Contacting the party to be served.
• Traveling to serve the defendants and to the location of the party (the victim – the witness) for the trial, while adhering to the approved judicial regulations and procedures of the department.

• Writing a report on whether the notice was served to the intended party or not.
