The Role of our Ideal Candidate

As a Bell Attendant, you will be among the first and last impressions our guests experience. Your gracious manner, attention to detail, and efficiency will help set the tone for a stay defined by genuine care and effortless hospitality. You will assist with arrivals, departures, luggage handling, and guest assistance while ensuring every interaction reflects warmth, professionalism, and discretion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Welcome guests upon arrival with genuine warmth, offering assistance with luggage and escorting them to their rooms.
  • Handle all guest luggage, deliveries, and storage efficiently, ensuring accurate labeling and tracking.
  • Provide information on resort facilities, services, and local attractions.
  • Coordinate with Front Office, Concierge, and Transportation teams to ensure smooth guest movement.
  • Assist with valet or transport arrangements when required, maintaining safety and professionalism at all times.
  • Maintain cleanliness and order in the lobby, entrance, and luggage areas.
  • Handle guest requests courteously and anticipate needs to enhance the arrival and departure experience.
  • Deliver messages, parcels, and amenities promptly and discreetly.
  • Uphold security and privacy protocols, ensuring guest belongings are handled with care.
  • Support the Front Office team during busy periods or special events.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a Bell Attendant, Porter, or Guest Services role within a 5-star luxury hotel or resort.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a confident and professional demeanor.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages such as French, German, Arabic or Russian are an advantage.
  • Strong sense of service, attentiveness, and personal presentation.
  • Physically fit to handle luggage and outdoor work.
  • Knowledge of local attractions and transportation options is a plus.
  • Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and public holidays.
