Job summary
A leading recruitment firm is seeking a Wireless Networking Sales Manager in Dubai. The ideal candidate will develop key client accounts and manage sales pipelines in the wireless networking sector. A bachelor's degree in Sales or Business Management and at least 5 years of technical sales experience are required. Strong technical knowledge in networking and wireless technology is essential for this role.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Business Management or related field.
- At least 5 years of technical sales experience in the wireless networking or industrial automation industry.
- Solid technical knowledge of Networking, Wireless Technology and Industrial Automation.

Position Title: Wireless Networking Sales Manager
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 15,000 AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications

About the Client: A well-established company specializing in industrial automation and telecommunication products in UAE.
- Develop and grow key client accounts by identifying new projects, managing pipelines, and driving year-on-year sales for wireless networking and microwave solutions.
- Serve as the main point of contact for major customers—understanding requirements, resolving issues, and ensuring high client satisfaction.
- Build strong partnerships with system integrators, OEMs, and end users; secure product specifications and approvals with major entities across the region.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, coordinate internally with procurement/logistics/finance, and ensure smooth delivery, collections, and customer follow-up.
- Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Business Management or related field
- At least 5 years of technical sales experience in the same industry
- Solid technical knowledge of Networking, Wireless Technology and Industrial Automation, PLC, SCADA
- Technical background or certification in wireless networking (e.g., CWNA, CCNA Wireless) is an advantage
