A leading recruitment firm is seeking a Wireless Networking Sales Manager in Dubai. The ideal candidate will develop key client accounts and manage sales pipelines in the wireless networking sector. About the Client: A well-established company specializing in industrial automation and telecommunication products in UAE.

Job Description
  • Develop and grow key client accounts by identifying new projects, managing pipelines, and driving year-on-year sales for wireless networking and microwave solutions.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for major customers—understanding requirements, resolving issues, and ensuring high client satisfaction.
  • Build strong partnerships with system integrators, OEMs, and end users; secure product specifications and approvals with major entities across the region.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, coordinate internally with procurement/logistics/finance, and ensure smooth delivery, collections, and customer follow-up.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Business Management or related field
  • At least 5 years of technical sales experience in the same industry
  • Solid technical knowledge of Networking, Wireless Technology and Industrial Automation, PLC, SCADA
  • Technical background or certification in wireless networking (e.g., CWNA, CCNA Wireless) is an advantage
