ROLE SUMMARY

The Manager - Commercial is responsible for supporting sales development through visual merchandising and brand visibility at the point of sale while setting forward estimates for the different buying groups, considering a number of variables, such as selling space, trends, feedback from stores. The role holder is responsible for ensuring the quality and efficiency of the stores while managing all suppliers.

ROLE PROFILE
  • Monitor competitors’ prices for similar products and recommend corrective actions
  • Ensure that the price is following the Margin Mix and its proper incorporation with the commercial strategy
  • Validate the pricing analysis on a monthly basis and work on the development of the price sensitivity list
  • Validate the sensitivity report to analyse the reaction of direct competitors
  • Monitor and analyse the sections/department profitability for every pricing strategy (different zones or clusters)
  • Review price positioning vs. competitors in each market closely and validate most important KPIs such as price index, matching ratio and pricing investments to the counties and management
  • Validate forecasting accuracy for regular and promotion pricing
  • Validating price optimization and promotion simulations results and double check with countries and follow up with management
REQUIREMENTS
