Position Summary: The Senior Sales Manager would lead the sales team at NIP in Dubai. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales, managing a team of property consultants and ensuring the success of the property sales initiatives are well achieved.
Key Responsibilities
- Team Leadership: Lead and motivate the Sales Team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize secondary property sales.
- Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing excellent customer service and delight throughout the sales process.
- Market Analysis: Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities.
- Training and Development: Train and develop team members to enhance their sales skills and product knowledge whilst coaching and mentoring them as required.
- Reporting: Prepare regular sales reports and provide insights to senior management.
- Target Achievement: Monitor team performance and review KPIs followed by corrective actions to ensure targets are met or adhered to and even exceed expectation.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and ethical standards.
Pre-requisites
- Proven experience in real estate sales with a minimum of 8-10 years, of which 3 years in a leadership role ideally.
- Strong understanding of the UAE real estate market, sales and its dynamics.
- Excellent communication, networking and negotiation skills.
- Good team management and interpersonal abilities.
- Results-driven with an excellent track record and commercially astute.
- Must be a go-getter, dynamic with a passion for sales.
