• Minimum 4 years of experience as a Restaurant Supervisor in Dubai • Preferably with experience in restaurants offering international, Arabic, or Middle Eastern cuisine • Strong leadership and people management skills • Ability to handle high-pressure situations and resolve conflicts efficiently • Customer-focused with a passion for hospitality and service excellence • Well-organized, with good time management skills • Sound knowledge of health and safety regulations • Proficient in POS systems (Micros preferred) and basic computer use • Willing to work on weekends and public holidays
• Oversee and support front-of-house (FOH) team during shifts • Ensure smooth day-to-day restaurant operations • Manage staff training, performance, and discipline • Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally • Optimize table management and guest seating • Maintain hygiene and cleanliness standards • Assist with stock management and inventory control • Ensure compliance with food safety regulations • Collaborate with the kitchen team for efficient BOH-FOH coordination • Manage billing processes and ensure transaction accuracy • Submit daily reports and updates to the management
