Job summary
A high-end European automotive service center in Dubai is seeking a skilled professional to handle service advisory for premium German vehicles. The ideal candidate should have experience in a service center, strong communication skills, and be a native Arabic speaker. Compensation includes a salary ranging from AED 8,000 to AED 10,000, alongside monthly incentives.

- Currently based in the UAE.
- Native Arabic speaker is mandatory.

Our client is a well-established, high-end European automotive service center in the UAE, known for delivering premium repair, diagnostics, and maintenance services for luxury German and European vehicles.
They operate with dealership-level standards, advanced diagnostic technology, and a strong focus on customer experience. The team consists of highly skilled technicians and service professionals who specialize in brands such as BMW, Mercedes, Audi, Volkswagen, Mercedes, and other European marques.
- Handled service advisory for premium German cars (Mercedes, BMW, Rolls Royce, Jaguar, Mini, Range Rover, Audi, etc)
- Coordinated with workshop managers and prepared repair orders for customer approval.
- Processed and recorded insurance claims and prepared accident quotations.
- Translated customer concerns into standard repair terminology and explained technical issues in customer-friendly language.
- Assigned jobs to technicians, ensuring timely completion and quality repairs.
- Prepared and submitted weekly quality control reports to workshop managers.
- Monitored return work trends and suggested improvements to minimize repeat issues.
- ✅ Previous experience working in a service center or dealership
- ✅ Experience with German or European vehicle brands (BMW, Audi, Mercedes, VW, etc.), ideally with premium/luxury vehicles
- ✅ Currently based in the UAE (mandatory)
- ✅ Native Arabic speaker (mandatory)
- ✅ Strong customer handling and communication skills
- 💰 Salary: AED 8,000 – AED 10,000
- 💸 Monthly Incentives : AED 12,000 - 15,000
