They operate with dealership-level standards, advanced diagnostic technology, and a strong focus on customer experience. The team consists of highly skilled technicians and service professionals who specialize in brands such as BMW, Mercedes, Audi, Volkswagen, Mercedes, and other European marques.

• Handled service advisory for premium German cars (Mercedes, BMW, Rolls Royce, Jaguar, Mini, Range Rover, Audi, etc)
• Coordinated with workshop managers and prepared repair orders for customer approval.
• Processed and recorded insurance claims and prepared accident quotations.
• Translated customer concerns into standard repair terminology and explained technical issues in customer-friendly language.
• Assigned jobs to technicians, ensuring timely completion and quality repairs.
• Prepared and submitted weekly quality control reports to workshop managers.
• Monitored return work trends and suggested improvements to minimize repeat issues.
