Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute social media strategies across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.)
Create engaging content (images, videos, captions) tailored to the real estate audience
Manage social media calendars, posting schedules, and ad campaigns
Monitor analytics, track KPIs, and optimize performance
Respond to inquiries and engage with followers to build brand loyalty
Stay updated on social media trends and real estate marketing tactics
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Social Media Executive/Manager in real estate or a similar industry
Proficiency in Canva, Photoshop, video editing tools, and social media ad platforms
Strong copywriting and communication skills
Knowledge of SEO and lead generation through social channels
Able to join immediately
