AbouttheRole

As a SocialMediaSpecialist.

This is a 4 month contract including a 1 month onsite stay during the festival period (accommodation meals & basic onsite amenities provided).

WhatYoullDo

• Develop & manage a dynamic social media content plan across Instagram, TikTok and other relevant platforms (pre‑uring post).
• Lead live content capture and posting during the festival stories, reels, BTS audience moments.
• Engage the online community in real-time respond to comments moderate interactions foster connection.
• Collaborate with designers, videographers, influencers and on‑ground producers to produce fresh relevant daily content.
• Ensure content aligns with brand guidelines, points of voice and campaign objectives.
• Track content performance, derive insights and produce weekly reports.
• Liase with influencer managers for amplified reach and cross‑promotion.
• Contribute to creative ideation and trend spotting throughout the festival life‑cycle.
• Support approval scheduling and rapid publishing workflow on site.
