We are hiring a Content and Social Media Specialist for an industry-leading IT company specializing in secure communications. Our client is committed to delivering user-friendly platforms, including chat support and VPN solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in social media management and content creation, with expertise in promoting products in the technology and secure communications sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, execute, and manage content strategies across LinkedIn, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and X (formerly Twitter) to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
  • Create compelling, high-quality content tailored to secure communication products, including blogs, articles, posts, and multimedia assets.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to align content with business goals and brand messaging.
  • Plan and execute social media campaigns to drive awareness, engagement, and lead generation for the company's chat support and VPN products.
  • Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics, generating reports and recommendations to optimize strategies.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, emerging social media platforms, and best practices to ensure innovative and effective content.
  • Engage with the online community, respond to queries, and manage feedback to foster positive relationships with the audience.
  • Coordinate with graphic designers and video creators to produce visual assets for social media and digital campaigns.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in social media content creation and platform management, preferably in the IT or technology sector.
