Job Description:
- Plan, create, and automate high-performing social media content (posts, reels, campaigns) aligned with travel trends, destinations, and seasonal offers.
- Utilize AI tools to analyze engagement, optimize post timing, and personalize content for different traveler personas.
- Build and maintain automated marketing workflows to nurture potential travelers from awareness to booking and integrating CRM and social platforms.
- Use analytics dashboards (native or AI-powered) to measure ROI, engagement, and campaign success; present monthly reports with actionable insights.
Qualifications:
- Preferably Billingual speakers (English – Arabic languages)
- At least 3 years of experience in Travel, Tourism, or Hospitality Marketing with proven success managing social or digital campaigns for travel brands, destinations, airlines, hotels, or OTAs.
- Ability to use AI for content ideation, caption generation, sentiment analysis, and performance optimization with strong storytelling, copywriting, and visual coordination skills.
- Experience with HubSpot, Active Campaign, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or Mailchimp automation workflows, automated content scheduling, and CRM integrations.
