• Develop and execute comprehensive commercial strategies across all active and upcoming real estate projects. • Lead and mentor the Sales, Marketing, and CRM teams, ensuring alignment with corporate goals. • Oversee CRM integration to optimize the end-to-end customer journey and improve sales conversion. • Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to develop pricing, positioning, and go-to-market strategies. • Drive revenue growth and report directly to the CEO. • Analyze market trends in Ras Al Khaimah and beyond to inform strategic decisions and investment planning.
• Proven experience as a Chief Commercial Officer, VP of Sales & Marketing, or equivalent leadership role in a major real estate developer. • Demonstrated success managing large, cross-functional commercial teams. • Strong understanding of CRM platforms and their integration across sales and marketing operations. • Deep knowledge of the UAE real estate market, with particular insight into Ras Al Khaimah. • Arabic language skills are a plus but not mandatory. • Strategic mindset with strong analytical and communication skills.
