Job summary
A leading e-commerce company in Dubai is seeking an experienced Operations Lead to oversee last mile operations and enhance delivery performance. You will manage a team, drive performance improvement initiatives, and uphold safety and morale within the team. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree and has over 13 years of experience in logistics or warehousing. Strong communication skills and proficiency in MS Excel are essential for this role, which requires the ability to work under pressure and adapt in ambiguous situations.
Qualifications
- 13+ years of experience in managing a process and people as a lead.
- Experience in a customer-facing environment, warehousing, logistics, or manufacturing.
- Ability to work under pressure and in ambiguous situations.
Responsibilities
- Manage last mile operations and dispatch operations.
