5. Prepare reports on housekeeping activities, including staff performance, inventory usage, and guest feedback, to inform management decisions.
6. Handle guest requests and complaints professionally, ensuring timely resolution to enhance guest satisfaction.
7. Foster a positive team environment through effective communication and motivation, leading by example to promote high morale and productivity.

1. High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in hospitality management is a plus.
2. Minimum of 3-5 years of housekeeping experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role within a hotel or similar environment.
3. Proficiency in cleaning techniques and equipment, with a strong understanding of health and safety regulations in the hospitality industry.
4. Fluency in English; proficiency in a second language is highly desirable to enhance guest communication.
5. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team effectively.
6. Excellent organizational skills, capable of prioritizing tasks and managing time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
