Order Management Team Lead
Job summary
A leading recruitment firm in the UAE is seeking an experienced order management professional to lead a team in achieving business goals. The role involves client contact, order accuracy, and coordination with finance and engineering departments. Ideal candidates will have 5-7 years of relevant experience, strong leadership skills, and knowledge of the order-to-cash process in the construction or manufacturing sectors.
Qualifications
- 5-7 years of experience in order management, sales operations, or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of the order-to-cash process in construction supply/manufacturing.
- Understanding of contracts, warranties, and commercial terms.
Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate the order management team to meet goals.
- Serve as the primary client contact post-sales, ensuring clear communication.
- Review orders and contracts for accuracy and timely delivery.
- Coordinate with Finance on invoicing and payment follow-ups.
- Work with Engineering on drawings, approvals, and documentation.
- Track order progress and resolve issues promptly.
- Drive process improvements to boost efficiency and customer satisfaction.
