Job summary
A leading hospitality brand in Dubai is seeking a Floor Supervisor to manage operations and ensure customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate should have a Technical Degree in Food and Beverage or Hospitality Management and 3-4 years of related experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role. Responsibilities
- Handle customers' bill payments and complaints.
- Oversee staff work and adherence to preparation techniques.
- Participate in achieving organizational goals.
- Greet customers, assist with menu selection, ensure satisfaction.
- Ensure proper respect of norms during opening and closing procedures.
- Conduct monthly inventory.
- Maintain uniform and hygiene cleanliness.
- Plan tasks, set deadlines, monitor results, and provide training.
