Job summary
A recruitment agency in Sharjah is seeking a Document Controller to manage and oversee QA/QC documentation processes. Responsibilities include coordinating deliverables, maintaining project files, and preparing documentation for client approval. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills and experience in QA/QC. This is a full-time position with a salary range of AED3,000 to AED3,500 monthly.
Qualifications
- Experience in managing QA/QC deliverables.
- Ability to coordinate with QA/QC and manufacturing departments.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Send and receive QA/QC deliverables.
- Maintain project dossier files.
- Prepare final documentation for client approval.
Document Controller
- To send out as well as get the QA/QC deliverables and remarks from/to Clients.
- To regulate the QA/QC deliverables listing throughout the process of record submission till allthe documents are accepted and also released to worried departments for execution.
- To keep and also upgrade progressively the Job Dossier file from the starting of the job.
- Updating daily assessment records in the system to create documents like Weld & NDEsummary, Product Traceability etc
- Coordinate with QA/QC Personnel/ manufacturing department to correct mistakes in assessmentreports.
- Prepare the final as built information file.
- Maintain and also update the documents of illustrations so that just most current applicable drawings are offeredon documents.
- Maintain the initial duplicates of approved procedures in the job documents till the final file isready and also sent to Client for approval.
- Keep a denial log, and records for rejection for evaluation.
- Maintain the Calibration certificates for the assessment equipments used.
- Job based status report updating according to agreed layouts.
- Preserve the task details welder continuity records for the welders utilized in details jobs.
- Increase RFI according to instruction of the liable Lead QA/QC/ QA/QC Designer/ QA/QCAssessor for a Project.
- Shall be accountable for helping HSE Department to accomplish Absolutely no LTI, and also a mishap complimentaryworkplace.
- Raising Stop cards, reporting Near Misses etc and also will have 100% dedication towards theadministration system complied with in the Company.
- Follow up for closing Non-conformances and also guide the various other departments if they really feel trouble.
- Energetic participation in QA/QC Fulfilling for improving the work practices, lowering delays and also overjob, and to make the system efficient.
- Adhere to QHSE need as appropriate.
- Various other tasks as and when instructed by the Elder Management.

- Income: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 monthly
- Ability to commute/relocate: Sharjah: Dependably commute or planning to transfer before starting job (Required).
