Sales Promoter/Merchandiser role focused on listening to what consumers want and assisting them in finding the perfect product for their needs. Develop product expertise and share this expertise in engaging ways. Establish attractive product display screens and marketing booths. Provide discussions and presentations to customers and other stakeholders. Engage in meaningful interactions and build strong relationships with customers. Distribute samples and provide feedback to management for improvement. Follow up with customers and advise on product selection. Meet daily targets and submit sales reports. Liaise with relevant stakeholders. Identify new business opportunities.
