Retail sales associate vacancy in Ajman UAE

Responsibilities
  • Greet the clients and assist them in choosing the appropriate product.
  • Convert the window shoppers to ultimate buyers.
  • Promote the Club Garments Commitment Program of the company for repeat sales.
  • Serve Customers with the highest standards and follow the business standard of marketing (VISITOR -- Greet, Understand, Explain, Sell, Give Thanks To).
  • Must be updated concerning the various brands of the group for symptomatic selling to the customers.
  • Be nice and well-groomed at all times.
  • Flexible to benefit prolonged hours throughout the Sale period.
  • Must possess up-to-date item knowledge and ensure very little stock loss.
  • Flexible to help prolonged hours throughout the Sale period.
  • Ensure all supply is laid out and presented in order to draw in consumers and based on conventional layout standards.
  • Ensure all VM standards are followed and all Supply Norms on clearance are maintained.
  • Record the supply internal/external and maintain the report of the same.
  • Handle the POS (Point of Sale)/ Billing Counter effectively.
  • Carry money in the cash till at the beginning/end of the changes.
  • Issue invoices/reimbursements/adjustments to the clients appropriately.
  • Process the payments by cash/debit cards/coupons/automated debits.
  • Ensure awareness and watchfulness in any way times of security in the store with no carelessness.
  • Be adaptable to different shifts and overtime based on the business requirement.
  • Adhere to SOP & Loss Avoidance Plans.
