• The Retail Sales Representative plays a crucial role in generating sales and delivering an exceptional customer experience. This position involves managing various operational duties as assigned by the store management, including maintaining cleanliness and visual presentation standards. Success in this role is defined by meeting or surpassing weekly sales goals, adhering to company policies, and creating a welcoming environment for customers. The representative is also responsible for greeting customers, providing product information, and ensuring smooth transactions at the Point of Sale.

• Maintain store standards and cleanliness to create a clean and organized environment.
• Provide high-level customer service, assisting and advising customers in a professional manner.
• Create a positive first impression for customers through energetic attitude and adherence to dress code.
• Assist with day-to-day store operations including opening, closing, and security.
• Run the store in the absence of the Store Manager when required.
• Greet customers immediately upon entering the store with a sincere and friendly greeting.
• Train new staff on Point of Sale (POS) operations and manage corrective actions at POS.
• Address customer issues at the POS swiftly to ensure smooth service.
• Provide customers with current and relevant product information.
• Ensure compliance with in-store procedures regarding pricing and ticketing.
• Provide quality service in fitting rooms and follow up with customers in a timely manner.
• Maintain cleanliness at the cash wrap and manage customer information in the database.
• Offer gift cards and additional products during checkout to enhance sales.
• Thanks customers sincerely as they exit the store and invite them back.

• Excellent customer service skills and ability to assist customers professionally.
• Ability to train new staff on POS operations effectively.
• Strong organizational skills for maintaining store standards and cleanliness.
• Knowledge of fashion trends and ability to advise customers.

• High School Degree required.
• 1-2 years of retail sales experience preferred.
• Good verbal communication skills essential.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting and stand for 8 hours.
• An eye for fashion trends and a friendly demeanor crucial for customer interactions.
