A leading retail luxury group seeks to hire Sales/Senior Sales Associates in Dubai. Candidates will assist customers, advise on products, achieve sales targets, and maintain relationships to foster brand loyalty. Excellent communication in English is essential, along with strong selling and presentation skills. This position is key in a dynamic retail environment.

- Implement CRM at the store level.
Skills
Our client is a leading retail luxury group is looking to hire Sales/Senior sales Associates for UAE Location.
- Understanding and providing assistance in satisfying customer needs & queries about products, prices and services
- Advising customers on product ranges best suited to their needs
- Achieving the sales target and focus on increasing sales by using advanced sales techniques Focusing on Up selling/ Cross selling
- Maintaining customer relationships in order to build long term brand loyalty Handling new launches, promotion of products and visual merchandising Ensuring stock replenishment at all times
- Maintaining general cleanliness, hygiene standards and visual displays Implementing CRM at the store level and providing relevant feedback Coordinating with Customer Care Centre for after sales service
- Generating Daily Sales Report
- Following all company procedures in ordering, cash handling and other common practices Knowledge or Skills
- Thorough knowledge of feature & benefits of products and brands in the store
- Understanding of competing brands and prices
- Well aware of internal procedures, processes and systems
- Good selling and presentation skills
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Good personality and immaculately groomed
- Basic numerical ability & IT skills
