Position Overview:

We are seeking a strategic, driven, and experienced Head of Sales to lead Insignia’s global sales efforts. This role will be pivotal in shaping and executing sales strategies aimed at high-value clients and luxury financial markets. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic leader with a proven record in luxury sales and client relationship management, particularly within the UHNWI space.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and lead Insignia’s global sales strategy to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
  • Build, manage, and motivate high-performing international sales teams aligned with company objectives and KPIs.
  • Own and grow the UHNWI client portfolio through strategic prospecting, relationship-building, and consultative selling.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Brand teams to align sales initiatives with brand positioning, especially across digital and social platforms.
  • Monitor and optimize sales performance metrics and reporting; ensure data-driven decision-making.
  • Establish and manage regional sales targets, forecasts, and budgets.
  • Identify new market opportunities and partnership channels in luxury and financial ecosystems.
  • Represent Insignia at global industry events, client meetings, and key business engagements.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with key internal stakeholders and external partners, including private banks, wealth managers, and concierge services.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Proven leadership experience in building and scaling high-end sales teams, particularly across international markets.
  • Strong track record in luxury services, financial products, or private client relationship management.
  • Deep understanding of the UHNWI segment and the drivers behind elite client behaviour.
  • Strategic mindset with operational strength in sales planning, team development, and business reporting.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools, performance analytics, and digital sales platforms.
  • Willingness to travel internationally and represent the brand at a senior level.
