Overview

AREA SALES MANAGER (EGYPT, LIBYA AND ALGERIA)

Responsibilities
  • Set a work program on a periodic basis to achieve sales targets within the designated market.
  • Increase business tasks by acquiring new and current customers for the Hyva product range.
  • Develop and discuss contracts with existing clients within recommended limits; confirm agreements or sales orders after favorable negotiations.
  • Analyze factors when sales do not translate into orders; manage related correspondence (shipment conditions, timelines, and other contracts).
  • Prepare reports on the progression and results of sales visits to the Regional Director/Managing Director/Sales Manager.
  • If managing a team, lead the sales team in terms of performance and people development by setting targets and monitoring progress.
  • Develop the sales budget and the sales framework (pricing/industrial plan growth).
  • Participate proactively in various sales meetings; identify and report trends and developments within the industry to the Regional Director/Managing Director/Sales Supervisor.
  • Collect, interpret, and report information concerning competitors to the Regional Director/Managing Director/Sales Manager.
  • Identify new product and sales opportunities and report findings to the Regional Director/Managing Director/Sales Manager.
  • Identify problems in the service or settlement of the sales transaction and initiate or suggest improvements.
  • Contribute to the preparation of the sales plan for the market.
  • Execute promotional activities and start advertising tasks; provide information on trade fairs.
