Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; 4 years experience in event management or related professional area.
• OR 2-year degree from an accredited university in Hotel and Restaurant Management Hospitality Business Administration or related major; 2 years experience in event management or related professional area.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of Catering and Conference departments.
• Coordinate details and menus for client functions.
• Monitor and control financial and administrative responsibilities.
• Ensure the highest level of service by training staff.
• Manage departmental inventories and maintain equipment.
