  • Craft and execute Sales & Marketing strategies across domestic and international markets positioning the hotel as the destination of choice for luxury travellers.
  • Lead mentor and empower the Sales & Marketing team fostering a culture of excellence collaboration and measurable results.
  • Set manage and deliver on budgets for Sales Marketing and Conference & Events Sales departments while driving commercial performance.
  • Monitor market trends competitor insights and economic conditions adapting strategies to maximise occupancy RevPAR and market share.
  • Prepare insightful reports track KPIs forecast Meetings & Events revenue and provide actionable guidance to the Executive Team and General Manager.
  • Represent the hotel at industry events trade shows and networking functions building the brand and generating meaningful connections.
  • Lead client meetings sales trips and promotional initiatives that raise visibility and attract new business.
Qualifications
