OUR EXPECTATIONS FOR THE ROLE:

• Accurately process reservation changes and cancellations via correspondence, group rooming lists, or other approved media.
• Load group blocks in MARSHA and Opera, including booking suites following established procedures.
• Process VIP and staff reservations, including complimentary rooms.
• Review group resumes, cover sheets, and rooming lists for accuracy and special requests.
• Manage and track inventory for affiliate group blocks.
• Update forecast snapshots in Opera for individual groups.

• Record, classify, and summarize rooming and billing data, maintaining accurate records.
• Coordinate overflow rooms with the Event Manager and group contacts.
• Attend pre-convention meetings related to group and housing procedures.
• Be available on major arrival dates to assist with group-related issues.
• Communicate regularly with Revenue and Event Managers about group statuses.
• Maintain open communication with group contacts regarding changes.

• Analyze and store information using property software.
• Verify figures, postings, and documents for accuracy.
• Maintain secure and confidential files and records.
• Complete required reports.

• Manage bedroom-only groups and other reservations as requested.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management.

• Coordinate with other departments for efficient operations.
• Perform additional tasks as directed.
