Job summary

A leading staffing company in Dubai is seeking a Sales Executive to build relationships with clients in the fragrance industry. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years of sales experience with excellent communication and negotiation skills. This role involves presenting fragrance products, closing deals, and developing sales strategies. A valid UAE driver's license is required, and fluency in English is mandatory.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of direct sales experience in fragrances or luxury consumer goods.
  • Proven experience with product portfolio including diffusers and scented candles.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.

Job description
Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, including retailers, hotels, interior designers, and real estate developers.
  • Present and demonstrate our range of fragrance and diffuser products, effectively communicating their unique selling points and benefits.
  • Negotiate sales contracts, terms, and agreements to close deals and meet sales targets.
  • Provide excellent post-sales support, ensuring client satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to the management team.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, client information, and transactions using a CRM system.
  • Develop a deep understanding of our product portfolio, including fragrances, materials, and technical specifications of diffusers.
  • Be able to advise clients on the best fragrance solutions for their specific needs and spaces.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of direct sales experience, with a focus on fragrances, cosmetics, or luxury consumer goods.
  • Proven experience with fragrance products like diffusers, scented candles, and essential oils etc.
  • Extensive experience working in the UAE market with a strong network of contacts in the retail, hospitality, or corporate sectors.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Highly self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Valid UAE driver's license is required.
  • Fluency in English is mandatory; proficiency in other languages will be an advantage.
