Overview of the role

We’re looking for a skilled Technician to deliver dealership-standard service on customer motorcycles and marine outboard engines across the UAE. You’ll boost workshop revenue by combining quality workmanship, productivity, and technical efficiency—both in‑branch and on field assignments—while maintaining excellent customer satisfaction.

What you will do
  • Perform day to day assembly, service, and maintenance activities on motorcycles in the workshop and on customer sites.
  • Correctly diagnose faults and carry out repairs with a high “first time fix” rate.
  • Prepare accurate quotations during estimation and secure customer approvals/payments.
  • Produce clear Field Service Reports after each job.
  • Work closely with the Aftersales Supervisor/Team Leader to complete jobs within manufacturer or local standard times.
  • Recommend preventive maintenance and repair solutions to reduce breakdown risk.
  • Read and interpret repair manuals, schematics, and electrical circuits.
  • Identify hazards, use/maintain (Personal Protective Equipment), care for your own safety and that of others, participate in toolbox talks and safety trainings, follow SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures), and adhere to emergency & evacuation procedures.
Required skills to be successful
  • Minimum 3 years in a motorcycle dealer workshop; hands on motorcycle experience is an advantage.
  • ITI/NCVT/Diploma (or equivalent) from a reputed institution; able to present relevant technical/engineering certifications.
  • Competent in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining marine outboard engines within set time frames.
  • Good written and spoken English.
About the team

You’ll join the MCPP (Motorcycle & Power Products) Department and collaborate closely with the Aftersales Supervisor/Team Leader. Success here means following Standard Operating Procedures, applying strong problem solving skills, and safely handling special tools and equipment to deliver consistent, high quality outcomes.

What equips you for the role

If you bring dealer workshop experience on motorcycles, practical exposure to marine outboard engines, recognized technical qualifications (ITI/NCVT/Diploma), and a safety first, customer focused mindset, you’ll be ready to succeed from day one across our UAE locations—both in the branch and in the field.
