Job summary

A leading diversified business group in Dubai is seeking an experienced Export Sales Manager to drive market expansion across the Middle East and Africa. The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor's degree and 5-7 years of export sales experience, particularly in FMCG or industrial sectors. This role requires excellent communication and negotiation skills, along with a strong understanding of export documentation. A competitive salary of AED 25K-30K plus commissions will be offered.

We're Hiring: Export Sales Manager Middle East & Africa

Location: Dubai, UAE

Reports To: Group CEO

Salary: AED 25K to 30K + Commissions + Benefits (as per UAE Labour Law)

Are you a results-driven sales professional with a trader's mindset and a passion for growing international markets? We were looking for an Export Sales Manager to lead our client'sbusiness expansion across the Middle East, Africa, and Iran, driving revenue growth and building strategic partnerships that strengthen our global footprint. They area leading diversified business group based in the UAE for over 50 years, specializing in FMCG, manufacturing, trading, distribution, real estate, construction, etc delivering innovative solutions and high-quality products to regional and international markets. They have offices in KSA, Bahrain, Qatar, Kuwait, Oman and in the UAE.

What You'll Do:
  • Develop and execute export sales strategies aligned with company objectives
  • Identify and penetrate new markets across MEA regions
  • Build and manage relationships with distributors, agents, and key accounts
  • Negotiate pricing, contracts, and trading terms to maximize profitability
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform strategy
  • Oversee export documentation, logistics, and trade compliance
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Finance, Procurement, Marketing) to ensure seamless operations
  • Represent the company at trade fairs, exhibitions, and international events
What We're Looking For:
  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or International Trade
  • 5 to 7 years proven experience in export sales, ideally within FMCG, manufacturing, or industrial sectors
  • Strong understanding of export documentation, Incoterms, and international trade
  • Proven ability to grow markets and achieve sales targets
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and cross-cultural skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office, CRM, and ERP tools
  • Fluency in English
  • Must hold a strong passport with the ability to travel frequently to Iran and African markets
  • Prior experience in Iran and Africa is highly preferred
  • A dealer/trader mindset proactive, strategic, and commercially driven
