Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field is essential for technical expertise.
• A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in construction cost management showcasing proven industry knowledge.
• Professional certification such as MRICS or equivalent is highly desirable for credibility in the field.
• Experience with both residential and commercial construction projects will enhance versatility and adaptability.
• Proficiency in cost estimation software like CostX or similar tools is crucial for efficiency and accuracy.
