Job Title: Senior Project Engineer – Offshore (Oil & Gas Projects)

Location: Onshore Office / Offshore (as required), Saudi Arabia

Client: Saudi Aramco (or EPC Contractor on ARAMCO Projects)

Job Type: Full-Time | Permanent / Contract (as applicable)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Engineer with a strong background in offshore oil and gas projects, particularly with exposure to ARAMCO standards and procedures. The candidate will be responsible for managing multi-discipline engineering deliverables, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all engineering activities for offshore oil and gas projects during FEED and EPC phases.
• Ensure compliance with ARAMCO standards (SAES, SAEP, SAMSS, etc.) and applicable international codes.
• Coordinate with engineering disciplines (Mechanical, Electrical, Process, Instrumentation, Structural) to ensure integrated project delivery.
• Interface with client (ARAMCO), vendors, subcontractors, and classification societies.
• Prepare and review technical documents, project specifications, and material requisitions.
• Participate in design reviews (HAZID, HAZOP, 3D model reviews, etc.) and ensure follow-up on action items.
• Manage scope changes, technical queries (TQ), and deviation requests (DR) in accordance with ARAMCO procedures.
• Monitor progress, manage schedule, and ensure engineering deliverables are completed as per milestone dates.
• Support procurement, construction, and commissioning teams with technical clarifications and resolution of site issues.
• Maintain proper documentation and records in line with project requirements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, or related Engineering discipline.
• Minimum 10–15 years of experience in Oil & Gas projects, with at least 5 years in offshore engineering.
• Previous experience with ARAMCO offshore projects is mandatory.
• Sound knowledge of ARAMCO Engineering Standards (SAES, SAMSS, etc.).
• Strong understanding of offshore platform design, subsea structures, pipelines, and marine operations.
• Familiarity with offshore construction, installation, and commissioning phases.
