Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of UAE experience in Fire Alarm & Fire Fighting projects.
• Strong knowledge of UAE Civil Defense regulations and approval procedures.
• Proficiency in reviewing drawings and project documentation.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work independently under tight deadlines.
• UAE Driving License.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and execute Fire Alarm and Fire Fighting projects from initiation to handover.
• Prepare project schedules, resource plans, and material submittals.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, and civil defense authorities for project approvals and inspections.
• Review and interpret project drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications.
• Supervise installation, testing, commissioning, and final handover of fire protection systems.
• Ensure compliance with UAE Fire & Life Safety Codes and regulations.
• Prepare and maintain proper documentation, reports, and project records.
• Manage project costs, timelines, and quality standards.
• Lead site teams and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution.
